My Interview with John Singson, Entrepreneur & Real Estate Developer

Introduction
John Singson is a real estate developer, investor, and realtor. He does real estate sales and service with the five-star Real Estate operation in West Hollywood, California.
He’s also the founder of Singson Real Estate. John Singson currently focuses on buying rental properties, making renovations, and renting them out to create real wealth as Warren Buffet, his inspiration and mentor did.
The same as 99% of all billionaires have real estate assets as part of their investment portfolio.
The Interview
Stephen: I understand that your grandfather, Chavit Singson is a real estate developer, mayor, governor, and all-around political kingpin in the Philippines. We also know that your father is quite successful in his own right. I read that he started with ten or eleven busses and now operates the Partas Transportation Corp nationwide with nearly 400 busses. Is there anything else you would like to add or clarify for our audience?
